Two-factor authentication
Protect sign-in with a code from your authenticator app. Backup codes are issued when you turn it on, so losing your phone does not mean losing your account.
Active sessions
See every device currently signed in to your account, and sign any of them out remotely — useful the moment you remember the laptop you left logged in.
Login history
A record of sign-in attempts on your account, so unfamiliar activity is something you can see rather than something that happens quietly.
Identity verification
Every account is verified before it can transact. It adds a step at the start, and it is a large part of why the platform stays safe for everyone using it.
Your data, on request
Request a copy of the personal data held about you from your privacy settings, without going through support.
Closing your account
Request account deletion from the same place. A pending request can be cancelled if you change your mind before it is actioned.
How we will never contact you
FavBank will never ask for your password, your two-factor code, or your backup codes — not by email, not by phone, and not through our own support system. Anyone who does is not us. If in doubt, close the message and raise a ticket from inside your dashboard, where we already know who you are.
